I have a student working on a Processing app that draws a random field of kayaks based on mouse-positioning an initial kayak. The goal is to see if there’s some min or max total coverage of water based on how “convex” the shapes are. We’re having a rough spot calculating and prevent overlaps of our ellipses though.
